Native Land heralds ‘not only a design triumph but a commercial success’ at 100 George Street.

Native Land has announced the completion of 100 George Street, a landmark residential development in Marylebone, hailed as “Westminster’s fastest-selling luxury residential development.” With over 70% of its 41 apartments sold prior to completion the project has been declared a commercial triumph.

Designed by Hopkins Architects and delivered in partnership with Derwent London and The Portman Estate, the building welcomed its first residents this month. Half the units were sold within six months of the March 2024 launch, with Knight Frank naming it the borough’s fastest-selling scheme. Only a handful of apartments remain, starting at £1.75 million.

100 George Street is part of a wider regeneration within The Portman Estate, featuring Loxton Walk – a pedestrianised courtyard with boutique retail, dining, and wellness spaces. Residents enjoy hotel-style amenities including a concierge, private cinema, spa, gym, and rooftop terraces with views across Mayfair and Hyde Park.

The project marks a significant milestone in Marylebone’s evolution as a prime central London neighbourhood.
