100 George Street W1 shortlisted for Development of the Year at the British Homes Awards 2026

Native Land is pleased to announce that 100 George Street W1 has been shortlisted in the Development of the Year (10-100 homes) category at the British Homes Awards 2026.

Delivered in partnership with Derwent London and The Portman Estate, 100 George Street W1 comprises 41 exceptional residences in Marylebone and has established a new benchmark for super-prime living in central London.

Designed by Hopkins Architects, the development combines contemporary craftsmanship with architectural references to Marylebone’s distinguished Georgian townhouses. The residences are complemented by beautifully curated amenity spaces by Chapman Eugène, including a residents’ lounge, library, gym, spa and concierge facilities, creating a seamless lifestyle experience for residents.

The development also forms part of the wider 25 Baker Street masterplan and opens onto Loxton Walk, a new landscaped pedestrian courtyard that brings together retail, wellness and hospitality uses, contributing positively to the evolving character of the neighbourhood.

The nomination recognises the project’s excellence across architecture, interior design, placemaking and residential delivery, as well as its exceptional market response. Since launch, 100 George Street W1 has become one of Westminster’s most successful new residential developments, reflecting strong demand for best-in-class homes in prime central London.

The winners of the British Homes Awards 2026 will be announced later this year.

Congratulations to all members of the project team and our partners Derwent London and The Portman Estate on this achievement.
