100 George Street unveils elegant show apartment, as the property development is named “the fastest selling in Prime Central London this year”

Named by Knight Frank as the fastest selling prime development in Prime Central London this year, Native Land unveils the elegant show apartment at 100 George Street W1, with interiors designed by Chapman Eugène.

Designed by Hopkins Architects, this luxury development on a quiet, tree-lined street near Marylebone High Street, Hyde Park, and Regent’s Park offers 41 Georgian-inspired homes. The development is set for completion in Spring 2025 and is being delivered in partnership with Derwent London and The Portman Estate.

Native Land Director Nicholas Gray says: “100 George Street W1 sets the benchmark for luxury living in London with exquisitely crafted homes and private onsite amenities in a picturesque location.”

The show apartment has been designed by Chapman Eugène to include a “personal collection” of artworks that “create the impression of a lifetime of collecting; perfectly aligning with the lifestyle of buyers of 100 George Street W1.” The finished result offers bespoke, hand-made furniture, natural materials and autumnal colour palette. All residences feature Silver Travertine bathrooms, Grey Quartzite kitchen worktops with sawn oak veneer joinery and Miele appliances, with most apartments featuring an Arabescato marble fireplace.

Almost half of the residences have sold in just six months. Developed in partnership with Derwent London, this project is part of the wider Portman Estate development.
