100 George Street: Marylebone’s New Luxury Landmark

Welcome to the newest luxury apartment building in central London, 100 George Street W1. Wallpaper* takes a walk through the modern yet elegant residences and amenities.

Marylebone welcomes a striking new addition to its charming Georgian streetscape: 100 George Street W1, a luxury apartment building that harmonises heritage and contemporary design.

Conceived by Hopkins Architects for Native Land, in partnership with Derwent London and The Portman Estate, the development’s dark brick façade and New York-style entrance canopy create a bold yet sympathetic presence among Georgian and 20th-century neighbours.

The building comprises 41 residences, ranging from generous one-bedroom apartments to a show-stopping penthouse duplex with a private roof terrace. Inside, interiors curated by Chapman Eugène exude understated sophistication. Warm brown tones, accented by reds and neutrals, flow through communal spaces, including a stone-clad reception, a lounge-library, and wellness facilities featuring a spa, gym, and cinema lounge.

Craftsmanship is evident throughout, from bespoke rounded planters to oak parquet flooring and quartzite worktops in the homes themselves.

Nicholas Gray, Executive Director at Native Land, calls the project “a hugely exciting milestone,” signalling a new chapter for Marylebone living.
